PCS

PCS strives to be the most helpful IT company in the world. WP has been working with the IT leader for years and has been a part of their new logo rollout, their shift from Pro Computer Service to PCS, and most recently, a new digital presence that better aligns with the company’s service-first ethos.

Project Goal

Shift the PCS position in the market from a local leader to a national brand and embrace the company’s bold vision of “being the most helpful IT company in the world.”

The Solution

The first phase of the PCS rebrand focused heavily on moving away from the company’s roots of Pro Computer Service and becoming PCS – the larger, national company that it had grown into.  A new logo and style guide were developed that aligned with PCS’s enterprise-level client and product offering. Shortly after the new brand rollout, the website was reimagined so that it spoke directly to the company’s service-focused values. The hero of the site was built around directly asking a user what they’re looking for and how PCS can help.

What We Did

  • Brand Messaging
  • Style Guide Development
  • Logo Design
  • Collateral
  • Website Development

We believe that branding is a comprehensive experience. Message, visual design, content, digital – all aspects need to be purposeful and aligned with who you are.

Custom Icons

As the company continued to grow, so did its offerings. A series of custom icons were developed in order to give PCS a wider visual language that it could use across its offerings.

In The Wild

PCS has an advantage that not every company does – a fleet of vehicles to help promote the brand. Custom vehicle wraps were designed that helped increase ‘on the street’ visibility for the company.

The Outcome

PCS continues to experience rapid growth, and the brand was built to keep pace with that change. As larger, national brands are brought-on as clients, PCS can project the face of a company with the expertise and capacity to back up any needs in the IT space.

Takeaway

Every touchpoint was redeveloped, from vehicles to pitch decks, in an effort to position PCS as the industry leader that it is.
