Whitepenny is a brand and web development shop working primarily in the B2B, Non-Profit, and Financial Services sectors. A large part of our work is helping companies execute their brand and extend their marketing efforts through technology. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a lead in-house developer to work with the design team to create experiences on the web.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain websites and applications for our clients
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers
  • Migrate old web applications to newer technologies
  • Optimize application performance and accessibility

Who You Are

  • You know WordPress inside and out and can demonstrate an ability to develop themes quickly and to specifications
  • You have a strong, demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • You know and use Tailwind 
  • You have worked in a version control environment and know Git 
  • You have a familiarity with newer JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue and know when and when not to use them
  • You can work independently and collaboratively
  • You have a history of shipping production-ready code
  • You’ve worked in client services and can effectively work with clients to deliver outcomes

The Details

  • $125,000-$150,000 depending on experience
  • In-house in our Haddonfield, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week. We have a flexible work-from-home policy.
